Do the meals come fresh or frozen?
Meals are delivered fresh, never frozen, and are ready to heat and enjoy.
How long do the meals last?
Meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. They can also be frozen to extend their shelf life.
Heating
How do customers heat the meals?
All meals arrive fully cooked. Simply microwave for 2–3 minutes, or until heated through. Heating times may vary depending on your appliance.

When will customers receive their meals?
Meals are delivered every Saturday. To receive your order, please place it by Thursday at 4 PM so everything can be prepared fresh to the highest standard.
Is there a delivery cost?
Delivery fees range from $5.99–$9.99 based on your distance from our kitchen. Enter your address at checkout to view your delivery fee. Free pickup is available from our brick-and-mortar location.
